DRILL

These sessions are designed to cater for all fitness levels with a focus on members new-to-fitness and looking for somewhere to begin or returning after some time off. A great way to improve your cardio fitness and learn how to move the right way to prepare you for the more challenging workouts in other zones.

YARD

These sessions are facilitated in our purpose built YARD zone where we will teach you how to move well with only your body as weight before you start to load it with other equipment. Perfect for our members wanting to work on their body movement, gain strength and muscular endurance and see improvements in muscle tone.

 

Difficulty: 5/10

TRACK

After a comprehensive warm up in the YARD you'll step onto the TRACK and get your heart rate into the right zones to burn fat and target your own personal goals. Great session to improve your fitness and endurance as well as lose weight by burning fat for up to 38 hours after your workout finishes.

 

Difficulty: 7/10

FIELD

After a comprehensive warm up in the YARD you'll step onto the FIELD and work on building strength. Here you will experience more of a muscular burn with less focus on heart rate and more on resistance training. Great to increase strength, improve muscle tone and lose weight all at once.

 

Difficulty: 7/10

FREESTYLE

Freestyle sessions are the coaches choice on the day. They will be a mix of strength and conditioning across all zones in the club. If you enjoy changing up your training plan and trying new styles of workouts then this is a great session for you.

PUSH

After warming up in the YARD you’ll step onto the Field for a strength focus, targeting a specific movement, followed by some time on the Track for a conditioning focus to increase the heart rate and achieve Excess Post Oxygen Consumption (EPOC) and put you in a fat burning zone for up to 38 hours.

 

Difficulty: 8/10

DRIVE

After warming up in the YARD you’ll step onto the Field for a strength focus, targeting a different movement to PUSH, followed by some time on the Track for a conditioning focus to challenge both the body and the mind. A timed workout that will increase your heart rate more so than any other. Focusing on enhancing your endurance, strength and overall fitness.

 

Difficulty: 9/10

ADVANCED

Warm ups in the YARD, plus TRACK and FIELD for a combination of cardio and strength and muscle development. These sessions are perfect for the more experienced members and those really wanting to focus on weight loss. There is great variety in this session focusing on different training styles.

OLYMPIC
LIFTING

If you're feeling strong with your squats and deadlifts, Olympic Weightlifting is the next step. Don't be worried if you haven't tried Olympic Lifting before, we tailor the session to your level and work on your technique and strength. A fantastic full body workout and a great challenge.

 

Difficulty: 6/10

BOXING

Our Boxing classes teach you a series of combinations and techniques to not only increase your skill level but also give you a great workout. Engaging, friendly environment suitable for all levels and a fun way to get your heart rate up and improve your fitness being delivered by a professional boxing instructor.

TROPHY

It's game day! Time to put your skills, strengths and fitness to the test and see how you perform. Benchmark to compete against yourself to demonstrate the amazing results you have achieved.

FOUNDATION YOGA

If you're new to a yoga practice, our Foundation class is for you.  You will learn yoga postures to strengthen your body, improve muscle tone, posture and flexibility We will explore the most powerful yoga sequences of Surya Namasakara and basic yoga philosophies to improve mindset, breathing exercises to calm anxiety and reduce stress, as well as meditation techniques to improve relationships with ourselves and others.

TRADITIONAL YOGA

This class gives you a basic understanding of Yoga. Good for beginners would love to improve focus, breathing and flexibility. A great way to learn and adopt a healthy habit in your busy routine. It is more beneficial who are suffering from an autoimmune disease, respiratory difficulties, digestive disorders, stress, anxiety or excessive anger.

VINYASA

Our Vinyasa Flow classes are dynamic classes that synchronise movement and breath in a continuous flow of poses, usually beginning with Sun Salutations. They are energetic, creative and lots of fun! Vinyasa classes are suitable for all levels, with variations and modifications offered throughout the class to support beginner students.

SLOW
FLOW

Our Slow Flow classes are light and creative, but slower paced and gentler.  Slow Flow classes are a combination of Vinyasa Flow and Hatha yoga. Postures might be held a little longer and you will move more mindfully from one pose to the next. Just because “slow” is in the title, don't be mistaken into thinking that means it's easy!

HATHA

Hatha is a form of yoga that concentrates on form, breath and balance. We focus on our breath in each asana. It allows us control and balance in our postures. Parma is the life force and when we focus on the prana coming in, our body then becomes one with our spirit.

PILATES

We performe Pilates exercises on the floor using a Pilates mat. Each class will work to balance all muscle groups’ strength and flexibility, with an emphasis on challenging the core muscles with each movement. Classes will blend the Classical Pilates Method with exercise variations and by using props and light weights. The main fitness goals of a mat Pilates class includes improved flexibility, muscle tone, body balance, spinal support, low back health, sports performance, and body-mind awareness.
